 Terms and Condtions of #1 Pakistan Gifts Store
- The orders placed will be processed only after authorization has been received from the Credit Card Processing Company. #1 Pakistan Gifts Store will not be liable for any delays arising due to the action of the Credit Card Company or their affiliating Banks. Thus, Item delivery is subject to confirmation, verification and approval of credit card from the credit card company.
- Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is booked with suppliers and couriers.
- Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible due to reasons beyond our control, such as non-availability in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints. In that case, our Customer Service Department will notify you through E-Mail about the availability of the item ordered, and other options available before processing your order.
- The order placed will be delivered in minimum time of 48 hours after getting Credit Card Authorization, except in circumstances such as strikes, coups, and other emergency situations or in cases where the customer specifies a specific delivery date. However items such as perfumes, food, Chocolates, Toys, Personalized gifts for Him and Her might take minimum time of 72 hours for delivery. The reason being that we only believe in fresh and quality items. We make sure to place proper order with the vendor, get fresh items and then arrange the delivery.
- If you want your order to be delivered in less than 48 hours, you will be charged extra for it.
- The delivery is subject to no disruptions due to communication, strikes and political situation or act of nature in Pakistan.
- Items such as Perfumes, Stuffed Toys, Children Gift Items, Gifts for him, Gifts for Her, Personalized items, Pizza, KFC and McDonalds might not be possible to deliver on occasions like Eid, Valentines, Mothers Day or any such occasion. In such cases it shall be delivered a day earlier or a day later. Our Customer Service Department will notify you in such cases.
- Some small cities in Pakistan do not have holiday services. In such cases, item shall be delivered a day before or a day later.
- You are requested to provide correct Address for delivery of order with correct contact information (Name and Phone Number of the recipient). If the delivery is not made in time due to incorrect information provided, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit. However customer will be informed about it and he should provide us with valid address within 24 hours or else the order will be cancelled and no refund shall be issued in such case. All items will be restored for 24 hours and redelivery. No Complaints regarding quality will be accepted on redelivery of items.
- Sweets and Flowers, if the recipient or someone else on the behalf of the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will make another attempt within 24 hrs to deliver the order. However, on the second attempt if the delivery is not accepted, it will constitute as complete delivery. No Complaints regarding quality will be accepted on redelivery of items. Any request to redeliver after that will be charged as new order.
- You may choose a specific date and time for the delivery of your gifts and we will try insufficient time to arrange the order. To our best to get it delivered on time. However sometimes we may fail due to make sure your order is delivered in time, please order well in advance.
- Time Delivery may not be possible on Eid, Valentines, or any such occasions. All delivery will be done according to our courier schedule, which you will be informed about in advance.
- On Occasions such as Eid, Valentines Day, Etc, you may choose specific cake flavor. However, we do not Guarantee that the same flavor will be delivered.
- There is no guarantee that the specific flavor for cake ordered will be delivered to smaller cities.
- Delivery confirmation will be sent to you after the product is delivered. On Occasions such as Eid, Valentines Day, etc it might take up to one week to send out delivery confirmations.
- Your name and personal information shall NOT be shared with any outside parties at any time. However, you may receive information regarding new attractions and special offers from Pakistan-gifts.com.
